MEET YOUR BAKER

Hello, 

My name is Elizebeth Soto owner and operator at Elizebeth's Minimalist Bakery. I run my little cottage law bakery with the help of my husband Nicholas and  son Atlas. I am from Tyler, Texas but recently relocated to Dallas, Texas. Since moving here I have allocated more time into growing my passion in baking. Ever since I was a little girl I have been fascinated with baking and creating my own recipes.

My Papi growing up was a diabetic and had CHF this lead him to having to give up sweets and baked goods in order to prolong his life. I watched sadness come over him at birthday parties, dinners, and events because he could not partake in wonderful desserts that were available. Since then I have wanted to provide elegant delicious desserts and baked goods that everyone could enjoy.

After much reflection I decided to begin my own bakery journey as I have always wanted to own my own business. Thus, Elizebeth's Minimlaist Bakery was born in February 2021.
